½ cup marinated artichokes
½ cup grated parmesan
1 garlic clove
1 scotch bonnet pepper
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Black Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Finely mince the garlic. Seed and finely chop the scotch bonnet pepper. Only add half the pepper if you don't like too much heat, or omit it completely. Combine all the ingredients in
the food processor and pulse until smooth. Place in an oven proof dish and top
with a little extra parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot with crackers.
