Kale Chips



1 bunch kale
4 table spoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Tear the kale into bit size pieces. Make sure the kale is not wet before going into the oven or it will steam and never get crispy. On a cookie sheet massage the kale with the olive oil and pepper. Bake the chips for about 20 minutes or until crisp to the touch. Sever on a paper towel and salt after baking.
