Bitter Sweet Salad


 Salad
1 lb. brussel sprouts, 
shaved into thin slices
1 head radicchio, 
shaved into thin slices
½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
½ cup candies pecans 
or walnuts, chopped

Dressing
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
¼ cup grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper

In a large serving bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients. Toss the sprouts and radicchio in the dressing, thoroughly. Garnish with the blue cheese and nuts.
