Light Key Lime Pie


2 cups fat free sour cream
1 cup fat free greek yogurt
2 cans Sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons lime zest
1/2 cup key lime juice
10 in gram cracker pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine sour cream, yogurt, condensed milk, and eggs with a whisk in a large bowl. Add the lime zest and juice. Reserve some zest for decorating the top. Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle extra zest on top and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Refrigerate over night and serve with berries or shaved coconut. If there is extra pie filling bake in ramekins in a water bath and enjoy as an even lighter custard with no crust.
