½ cup butter
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup sugar
½ cup local honey
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
extract
2 ¼ cups All Purpose
Flour
5 teaspoons. crushed
dried lavender flowers
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
Pre-heat oven to 375
degrees F. In a large bowl beat together the butter, oil, sugar, and honey. Once
combined add the eggs one at a time and the extract. Mix until just combined.
In a separate bowl combine the remaining dry ingredients. Slowly add the dry
mixture to the wet mixture and stir until all the dry ingredients are absorbed.
Using a teaspoon drop rounded cookies onto a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees
for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown around the edges. Maintain the
light color in the center of the cookies. Cool and enjoy.
